I had the most remarkable experience with Aloha Transport Assistance and its owner, Jeff. Following a major cardiological procedure that required travel from Hawaii Island to Oahu, our initial trip left us anxious about the return journey. Hiring Jeff proved to be the best decision. He met us at the hospital, guided us seamlessly from my hospital bed to the van, and escorted us through the entire Honolulu airport to our plane seats. Jeff's expertise was invaluable. Despite a short notice, he navigated us through TSA, gates, ensured correct seating, and made certain I was comfortable in my plane seat. Jeff's professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care turned a potentially stressful experience into a worry-free journey. His assistance was not just practical but also carried a personal touch, treating us like VIPs. Hiring Jeff was undoubtedly worth it, and the anxiety we felt about the return plane trip simply melted away. YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER TRANSPORT SERVICE ANYWHERE!!!! Jeff and Bethany Albritton offer such an important service to clients in need! Their professionalism and "can do" spirit is EXEMPLARY! We needed to safely transport our Mom home from Oahu to Florida (in the midst of the pandemic, no less!). Bethany was so willing to go above and beyond , after only just meeting my Mom, Bethany headed to the airport with my parents and two felines in carriers to make the long journey! Bethany handled my Mother beautifully---keeping her safe, comfortable, handling her medications and ensuring her that she was loved and cared for. Bethany's training and her overall demeanor lent an element of calm and confidence to the entire trip. Without hesitation, my Mom trusted Bethany! Our family feels immense gratitude for Aloha Transport Assistance and their incredible help with our family member. Our family member was unable to walk or use a wheelchair independently. When I spoke to the owner Jeff I knew immediately we had made the right decision in choosing Aloha Transport Assistance. It was clear from the start Jeff was experienced, organized, compassionate, and confident about what was needed to transport our loved one. The fact that both owners have 12 years experience working in Physical Therapy was a huge asset considering our loved one’s mobility and other needs. Jeff was absolutely great. He showed up at the hospital prior our departure met with the nurses to see if meds were going with me. He kept in touch all week prior to departure from hnl to snf. He made sure I was on time at the airport going to another hospital..
We went to the lounge waited for the flight it was a stress free situation being so sick and confused what if I get lost?  Or plane? Or flight canceled?
I was glad Jeff could get me through the next journey of my treatment without a misstep or any problems

Hiring Aloha Transport Assistance to help with transporting my mother from Oahu back to California was, by far, the best decision we could have made. Aloha Transport Assistance, Jeff and Beth were caring and professional throughout. We were so blessed in how they kept in contact with us so we would be updated on how things were progressing.

Judy who just had bone cancer surgery is a good friend whom we love and Beth did such a tremendous job of comforting her on the trip back home to Honolulu from San Francisco. Jeff and Beth are medically qualified to help transport their customers so it was comforting for us to know Judy would be safe and in good hands.

From the start, Jeff asked the right questions and was so comfortable to talk to. He arranged the flights with special first class seating so that Judy could lay flat on her trip home. He also took care of the ground transportation for Judy so she did not have to worry about any of the scheduling or reservations.

This is huge as this took a lot of the stress away from Judy who had already gone through so much pain and suffering from her surgery.

This is the first time that I inquired for a service such as this and they are pros who not only know what they are doing, but treat their clients with the utmost care. I highly recommend this company.

I can't recommend them enough!  My family member fell and required hospitalization in Honolulu and we needed someone to help them back to Nebraska. From the beginning, Jeff was very helpful explaining what they as medical escorts do and how they can help. They coordinated all the ground transportation to the airport, as well as all the flights. They helped my father through the airport, and flew with him back to Nebraska. The communication was great, and they were so helpful coordinating with hospital staff.  They treated our family like it was their own and my family members greatly appreciated that!  If you need help flying from Hawaii back home, please give them a call. This was a stressful situation for our family, with their help and guidance they made the transition of getting our Dad home much easier and safer. I don't know what we would have done without them.
